This year didnt seem to bad to me, but I spent most of July overseas.
lol, only one day this summer has been 30+
how would this be the fault of global warming (bs)?

This year has been the worst summer I've personally experienced in Calgary too. I think we've had maybe a full 10 days of no rain this whole summer. If that. And only one or 2 actual hot days. Apparently the rest of Canada is warmer then usual too, wtf!
Exactly. I was in town for 1 day in July in between traveling.Originally posted by calgary403

This rain is NOTHING compared to Vancouver rain lol...suck it up you buttercups, it's just little rain drops coming from the sky for fuck's sake, are you afraid it's gonna ruin your gelled up frosted tips?
Let's hope we see just as much precipitation this winter!

This seems to be true. Was in Van for about 3 weeks and didn't rain once. Grass is all dead and dry as hell.Originally posted by rage2

It'll be nice all day then thunder storms roll in as soon as I'm done work.
Its been so shitty and cold I've just given up on summer, I'm just looking forward to the ski season now
Agreed. Im a Calgary Native myself, and I cannot for the life of me remember a worse summer. We've had "summer" for perhaps three weeks in grand total, not at all consecutively.Originally posted by jadeboy
