I cant find any convincing explanation that its fake other than people saying "would you really run with the camera if your friend..."

Looks a bit staged, just the guys reaction when she gets hit.
If I was the driver of that car I'd stay in the drivers seat absolutely mortified as to what just happened, until I at least had a bit of closure as to what just went down.
INSTANTLY the driver sprang out of his car, and that was that.

My wife showed me this today. Immediately, it seemed fake to me. The start didn't seem THAT convincing, and something about how quickly the old man got out of his car (and his acting too)
It just didn't seem right...

if you read the comments you can see there is no damage on the car in the front shot when she pans around the front of the car

Fake, the drivers side of the car didn't lift enough to look as if it had driven over her body.
Also, her body is not flattened when it shows her on the ground.
