Your F1 argument is actually a great point if you actually look at what you're saying. Why on earth would the Province of Quebec put out $15 million dollars if they weren't actually getting something out of the deal? in terms of taxes generated from revenues assosciated with the event, from the ticket sales, to the hotel stays, to the meals out that all the people that attend are paying for, it all goes around in a circle, I can assure you they're makin money on the deal.
