Horrible game by miami. No passion, no fire in their game. Dwade was obviously playing hurt. Lebron complete choker.

Great game by the Mavs although Dirk didn't turn it on until the second half. The heat looked like they didn't even care... where's their heart at??

After 17 years, Dirk and Kidd finally get one. Congrats, gentlemen. And the Heat deserve the L, BUT kudos to them for making to the finals.

This is one of those rare occasions where I can say, and mean it, that this season and playoff have been one of the best ever.

The Big 2.5 had a decent game. Bosh played his role like he needed, and Wade came up with the huge plays that he is expected to. LBJ, however, had a respectable first half but the second half wasn't terribly good.

Terry did his best Artest (2010) impression and Nowitzki did his best Kobe (2010) impression. Role players stepped up HUUUUUGE this game, and it sort of exposed Miami's lack of depth at most positions. They're biggest strength was that there wasn't supposed to be a drop off when their starters get a rest because you should be able to stagger rest times between 3 legit all-stars so that you never have a line-up made up entirely of bench players for stretches at a time. However, when one of your big stars is underperforming, there's no one there to pick up the slack because guys like Miller, House, Jones, Chalmers are so reliant on the outside shot.

It also felt like the Heat kept driving the ball and kicking out looking for that momentum-shifting play from Wade or Lebron where they have a full head of steam and an open lane. Props to the Mavs defense for not giving them those opportunities.

Dan Gilbert keeps losing his stock for continuing to be a jackass about Lebron leaving. His 'no shortcuts' tweets just make him look like an idiot and a hypocrite.
