I would do liquid clen because it's all made underground and tablet producers typically don't have the proper mixing
(they typically use a coffee grinder lol) equipment to ensure all pills are a uniform clen dosage. since the dosage is small 20 to 50mcg, there is a high probability that there will be a huge variance in dosage between tablets produced in the underground. underground tablets also usually dont have the proper binders and starches to ensure that it dissolves when it's supposed to. liquid is a better bet unless you know the lab you're buying from has the proper equipment.
If you have to ask here you have no business playing with clen.
I see a completely trashed metabolism in your future.

Clen is useless if your diet is not in check. Infact - Once you finish your clen you'll have a rebound effect, holding MORE water and fat than before.
Basically you'll be bloated, puffy, and store more fat than you would have previously.
Yes that is side effect of diet.
Try a typical Low carb diet for 3 weeks and you'll see results.
2000cal/day. 250G protein, 110G fat. Done.

Took it 2 days on, 2 days off, one week on, one week off.
The stuff works. It really does.. It helps push your workout over the top.
But if you don't eat well, train regularly... you're screwed.
If you drink alcohol, or do drugs... you're screwed. (felt like my heart would explode)
If you work in a job that requires physical concentration.. (Climbing ladders, wrenching stuff, writing words on a paper, typing) I suggest you NOT take it.
I would climb 15-20 foot ladders and my hands would be shaking... and my grip wouldnt be as tight

Ground Turkey, Chicken, Red Meat and Tuna are the only types of meat I touch.
Lettuce, Spinach, Celery, Cucumbers, Peppers
Small amount of Cheese - thats pretty much it for me

But like i said, i found that an Ephedrine and Caffeine stack was more efficient with less sides
Just like to point out I've been on two weeks of just good eating and dropped 10 pounds without rolling the Clen.
