if you have to reciept why not just return it to coach, they have a no time limit return policy as long as you have the reciept

Unfortunately, we bought it while vacationing in the states, and so they can't do a refund that way. The styles aren't the same as they are here neither.

Pretty sure you can, I returned Coach product from the states to one of the stores here in Canada.

Just a heads up, i'm pretty sure i saw a similar or even the same bag at the coach outlet for less then 200
