cool story brah. do you mean the bread alone, or the flatbread used for a sandwich? My main problem with Subway is that you are basically just eating a giant iceberg lettuce salad, with a *bit* of low-quality meat on the side. For me, it wouldn't really matter what kind of bread it is... I still think it sucks.

edit: Mr. Sub FTMFW. can't go wrong with canned shrooms on your sub! Their massive cheese slices are great, too.

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

Safeway's Lumberjack Subs are damn good. They're also reasonably priced for the amount you get.

This is getting out of control.

Can you not form your own opinions?

You have created well over 100 threads, and most of them are god awfully useless.

    ^

the flatbread is nothing special, I actually prefer the normal bread as it holds meat and vegetables better.

all you need for those is a bottle of ezee-sub sub sauce

but i tried a flatbread subway sandwich, felt kinda ripped off and it doesnt hold all the veg in place like the U shape they cut the bun, opened up the wrapper and it was a niagra falls of lettuce all over.

but i enjoy subway and mr sub respectively, canned shroom ftw!

where do you get it cut in a u-shape? I haven't seen that since, like, 1998 or something!!! that was their signature! If they want to be 'original," they need to trash the stupid toasters and go back to the u-shaped bun cut. they could call it a u-boat.

^ 3x the meat and cheese of a typical Subway sub, and unlike Subway, it's REAL meat and cheese.

...no veggies to speak of though.

I was just bitching and moaning about this the other day at lunch! When the fuck did it become a good idea to start slicing the bread in half? Fuck that noise, gimme back the good U cut that holds everything in there.
