Default Get rid of all these dam pop ups!!

OK there must be some kind of program running on my computer because i'm having a major pop up crisis. Not even browsing internet and i come back on my computer an hour later and have about 30+ pop ups. All the same kind to.

Anyone have any kinda program to run and delete any spywhere, etc on my computer? I have downloaded that pop up stopper but only lets you use it for 30 days.

    Thanks

those are the guys that make ad-aware. Go and get it, and delete that crap!

Then get the google toolbar. Works great and blocks pop-ups!

Actually the best thing to do is run both. AdAware will miss some things that spybot catches, and spybot misses things that adaware catches. Between the two programs they can catch pretty much everything.

I use Firebird, I never get pop ups, I can block ad's and Java ad's.
You gotta get some plug ins and set it up properly.
When I run adware, I get like 2 files a month.
It has a quick launch google bar thing, and uses tabed browsing.

I have found Norton Internet Security to be obscenely intrusive... unless you like that.

Your best bet (and free too!) Is to download spybot search and destroy (its free and works better then adaware) to remove any spyware/adware off your machine. Next, download the google toolbar. It's easy to use, stops popups, and is not intrusive at all.

I started using pop up stopper but it only lets you use it for like 30 days. It was working good but my free trial is up. I don't really wanna buy it either.

use the google tool bar. It gives you a search feature and prevents pop ups. But yea, a reduction in porn viewing would probably help also.

spybot doesn't stop popups.. I said it removes all the adware/spyware.

I also said use the google toolbar to stop popups
