Default Getting rid of a TV, how?

I have this old ass TV, a 20 some odd inch TV (smaller than our 27 inch).. Brought it over from HK when it was one of those NTSC/PAL capable TVs.. Anyways, it's been sitting in the freaken living room for god knows how long, since we moved into the new house 10 years ago it's been there.. no one uses it, no one bothers to get rid of it..

Anyways, any ideas how to dispose old stuff like this? If anyone wants to take it off my hands, feel free to come and pick it up.. if not, please let me know how to get rid of this TV.. don't suggest smashing it up

whatever you do, don't smash it, the vacuum could send shards of glass at near-supersonic speeds flying everywhere

Put it in bargain finder as a freebie. Someone will come and take it off your hands.

sell it on ebay as a joke, and force the idiot that bids on it to pay.

I was in Seattle this summer, and was amazed to discover that this is the standard method for getting rid of stuff because there is no Bargain Finder!

I'm surprised no one has offered to take it off your hands if it's a working TV...

We got rid of our non-working TV at the dump. You pay by weight, so they weigh your car when you go in and when you go out, and you have to pay for the weight difference...
