Yes your car will stay somewhat warmer today due to all the sunshine (self generating heat/light/energy source-not like a sleeping bag) we are receiving, as well it is only -15 today, however I don't think your car would warm up past zero.

I left a water bottle in my car for 4 hours while I was in class. It was frozen when I came out. The inside of a car does not stay warm for long.
