hey guys
i eat alot of stirfrys (just nuke some frozen veggies, fry up some chicken or beef and throw on rice or noodles)
unfortunately, i really dislike the taste/texture of brown rice and i know it's healthier but it just tastes tough or like nuts/seeds so i tend to lean towards the 'healthiest' white rice that i can find.
the current stuff i have is close to nutritional value as it's brown rice counterpart but it's still got like 79g of carb (jesus!) so i'm trying to figure out what else i can put my chicken/veggies on top of. i know pasta is just as bad in carbs and so are noodles...
i've given the brown rice a try a few times and i just end up throwing out my meal cause it just tastes so bland and gross haha.
anyways, with that little kid spiel out of the way, what are some alternatives for my dilemma? lol
