Well considering you trying to hire a hooker to rub and tug you and charge it to your company...no not taboo at all. I must say that even if you go to one your work might be a little surprised when it costs $200+ for a massage. Also expensing it to a company might be hard considering I don't think they provide receipts for this type of work...and probably don't take debit/credit either.

Not a hooker, an RMT!! With receipts, fool. If anybody does do this sort of thing, I really doubt they're putting "1 hour massage + hand assisted semen extraction" on the reciept. It would just say "massage". How are you so stupid??

You think my work cares what I use my expense account for? It goes through an INSURANCE company that makes ridiculous amounts of money and doesn't give a shit what I'm spending my $3000 on as long as its on their list. Beauty of a spending account.

True, most companies will cover only up to a certain amount or as per their schedule but the OP sounds like he has an HSA or other type of spending account which will allow him to use those funds to cover any difference between coverage amounts and actual charges.

Basically, the only requirement for HSA funds is that they are spent on Health services because it is funds allocated by the individual or his company and not part of a group plan benefits package.

So for a less shady example, your health benefits cover you for eye glasses up to $200 but you see a nice pair of D&G glasses that will run you $800 (including lenses).

The group health benefits portion will cover the $200 but if you had $600 in a health spending account, you could use those funds to pay yourself back the balance. They don't care that you bought expensive designer glasses.

In the OP's case, the only piece of information that he needs to make a legit claim, is the RMT#.
