I used to care about condo fees until I priced out what gas/parking/car maintenance/home ownership costs. It's a wash, and this way I don't have to worry about mowing the grass (or buying a mower for that matter)

Why are some people such pussies about mowing grass?! Does the over spray damage your high heels?

Solid loft and an actual loft by my high standards. So many realtors offer so called lofts which are nothing more than a room. The $7,000 a year in condo fees kind of puts a damp blanket on the $550K one bedroom, one bath. $7K a year in condo fees for what? Condo fees never go down, by 2020 they will be $10K a year.

The condo fees are like my mortgage payments lol. That's a spicy meatball :S

30% increase in 5 years? Bit aggressive IMO unless something drastic broke and reserve fund is kaput.
