My build was the same setup as Jaymez', done at the same time from them, and mine is still running great. However, I did do the install myself. - Sorry to hear about your bad luck Jaymez!

I was in the same boat a while back. Do your research and do what your most comfortable with. You cant hold back with the rotary, its nearing a 20 year old car, you have to replace a lot of stuff(coolant hoses/vacuum lines etc) to make it reliable.

It still puts a smile to my face when I drive it!

Buy a service manual and rebuild it yourself. Then when you tune it improperly and it blows, you can blame the engine builder....

    *Sarcasm alert*
Life is too short to drive boring cars.

Aww crap man. Must have been a day when Adam was a little too coked out. Merely my opinion, not a fact.

ive seen him slap together a keg in 20 minutes flat from prepped parts lol...its not that he doesnt know what hes doing, its that he waits till the last minute and then rushes shit. I worked for him for about 6 months....boy was that interesting (=. In fact, i worked for him about the time you bought your 7 from him...the silver usdm one correct?

4kruzn, i hear such good things about them .

All depends on how long you are going to keep the car and what your future plans are for it. Realistically no, it is not worth it unless you plan to drive the car for some time and drop some coin on it.

Haha you bought it when it was bone stock too lol. I hated that car for one reason, ever fucking monday morning when i would go to pull it out, it would flood on me, for no reason. Well, Adam gave me shit and didnt believe me. So i said " fine, next monday you start it" hes like "fine, i will, and it will start". Monday came, he turned it over, FLOOD AHAHAHHAHAHAH. Had me change the plugs and it was fine, never had a problem believing me again.

I don't think anyone will be shocked to hear I would also suggest to stay as far away From RX-7 Specialties as possible!

My opinion of course, but there has been way to many "bunk" engines come out of that shop. And the more time goes by the more people who used to work there break their silence and tell people what actually goes on.
