Default Yes or no to projector refit?

Really on the fence with this right now. I really like the look of the projectors and they do a proper HID retrofit. I'll have to see if $400 will get me a rear tire carrier fabbed up.

What do you guys think? Yes or no?

Yes, but just so I can see them in person and decide whether I want to get them or not.

    Yes to projector retrofit.

No to those gay headlight housings and halo rings, even on BMWs they don't look that good so definately don't look good on other cars.

Can't say I like the look of them in daylight but if ZJs have the same retarded headlight output that XJs have then I can't blame you for doing anything to improve it.

I would say it depends on the car. Looks amazing on some and gives a fresh look, but I also would never put it on my Z. Would look ridiculous on it.

I'd say for your purpose, it'd be fine. I would leave the Halos though; that's where the line is drawn! But to each their own.

Are you lifted? Would kinda defeat the purpose if you are lol.

The problem is that the housings posted are literally the only projectors available for ZJs, and our stock headlights are like foggy candles.

I personally hate halo's. If those are halo's I would say no. Projectors are fine.

No to the Halos, on the other hand I think a euro spec glass headlights replacement would be good with some decent bulbs. I gotta replace mine in the ZJ when I get a chance... I think my cellphone has a better light output than my shitty headlights right now

Don't think I'm going to get these now, since they are in the US it would eat all my mod money until the summer. I'll keep the stockers until then and if I get the ARB I'll just toss more light on that.

Tentative plan is new CB radio, redo and mount my rock sliders, get my catback re-installed and....

if you want more output then I'd say projectors are your only option. As I am sure you are well aware running HIDs in stock housings is NOT an option.

Also remember if you don't like the look of what is available you can buy full bi-xenon kits for around $400 at theretrofitsource.com. This is route I am going with my jetta.

I think it needs the cool LED lights the new Audi's have.
