    Default A sad Christmas Day

I just found this on Reddit, and find it extremely sad.

    http://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comment...assed_away_on/

Short story is, this guy's niece was admitted to the Children's Hospital here in Calgary and was sent home, but then went back a few days later and was diagnosed with pneumonia, but by then it was too late, and she died on Christmas Day.

I know stuff like this happens every day in the world, and it's sad each and every time, but in this case, it happened in our back yard, and no child deserves a death like this.

So if anybody knows this kid's family, I hope they'd get some small comfort from knowing there are hundreds or thousands of people with Natalie in their thoughts.

shiet... this is my friends niece. This was soo sad when we heard the news on christmas
If i remember correctly it was about 1030pm when we heard the news. Very shitty, very sad, i cant imagine what the family is going through.

And ya, it started off as a virus, then turned into pneumonia.

RIP little angel. She was adorable.

I heard about this from family friends the other day... unbelievable!!

So, in cases like these.. does the doctor hold any responsibility or what's the deal, anyone know?

I'm pretty sure you can file malpratice lawsuit. But what's the point. Human errors happens.

Had no idea that reddit story is local.
