Not sure what mine was at this year but assesse is 5,500 more than what I paid. Also sales in my complete have slipped more. Is it worth having it re-assessed? Townhouse in Coventry hills.
I have to go back and read mine further. Didn't get a chance to read it all through.

Its funny .. you want it to drop so you pay less taxes, though you dont want it to loose value. Granted how much "value" does the assessment bring your property.
Mine is up 12%. Tax will be up but now the assessment value is closer to the real market value. You can 'challenger' and ask for an reassessment I was informed.
