    Toronto has actually botched their Ontario Line worse than our most recent proposal for the Green Line. Mixed underground, at-grade and elevated but still $27.2B for 15 km.

    that is a very strange poster.. so it is a boondoggle, and is being made more of a boondoggle? Are the UCP the monorail guy, or Council? call me confused
