As the title say I'm looking for someone to replace some rusted panels and repaint the whole car. Please pm me if you know someone that doesn't charge an arm and a leg but still does decent work.

I'm sure you were expecting to hear this, but it is very hard to find quality autobody work for cheap. The best recommendation I can give you is Professional Auto Body on 4st SE. I used to deal with the owner quite often, and they run a very quality shop and have great rates and results. In my opinion it is more important to find a trustworthy shop rather than a cheap one, and these guys don't do anything unless its done right. Give them a shout and if they give you a good quote then I would highly recommend seeing them.
