    Default Animated GIF images.. Resizing?

    How do I change the size of an animated gif image so that it will still work after.

    When I open it in Photoshop, it says that due to it being an animated gif I can only view the first frame.

    Anyone know how to get this to work?
    I want it as my new avatar..

    Josh, I use print shop pro, or Adobe ImageReady..

    those 2 works, I couldn't get it to work on Photoshop..

    do it in imageready.

    it won't let me save it as a .gif...

    file---->save optimized as-->set file type as .gif

    Ok.. sweet that worked..

    but now its still too big to make it my avatar...

    anyone wanna host it for me so I can have it as my sig?
