    Default Thoughts on Routine?

Hey guys, I'd like some feedback on my exercise routine. My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds in 3.5 weeks. Considering I'm starting at 200lb, I think it's reasonable. I am running 5km five out of seven days, doing 20 minutes of abs every second day, and weight lift twice a week (likely for ~20-30 minutes). I have cut greasy food out (the most greasy I'll have is a bun with breakfast/lunch), drink no pop/sweet stuff, and only plan to booze on the weekends.

Is this enough? Thoughts on improvements I can make to meet my goal?

considering I dropped 7 lbs in 2 weeks by only:

    -eating oatmeal for breakfast
    -apple for morning snack
-sandwhich (2 pieces of whole wheat and 2 slices of mortadella or salami
    -banana for afternoon snack
-w/e i wanna eat for supper as long it's not alot

watch your meal and definitely cut on booze.

Wait, I'm interested in an exercise routine, not a straight up diet. Gotta look good for the beach. Also, no booze at all is an impossibility as one of those weekends will be spent on a ski hill. Perhaps sticking to straight vodka will do the job?

out of curiosity.. you're 200lbs but what's your height? so that atleast we have a rough estimate of your body fat.

i do have a few beer here and there on the hills considering the amount of calories you burn skiing/snowboarding.

everyone is gonna tell you somthing different. Id suggest mainly watch what your eating. Working out isnt gonna do anything for you if you arent eating properly. Make sure you research what to eat before and after working out for best results.

I usually drop serious weight right before going to Kelowna every summer and it's quite a bit of work, but I always get it done and I guarantee it works. If you're curious what my pre-houseboat/kelowna/mexico life consists of it goes a little something like this:

    Diet:
Only eat the things I find on the outside of the grocery store. Pretty much all protien with almost no carbs and I drink water non stop all day. Grocery cart pretty much consists of the following.
    -egg whites
    -fat free yogurt
    -chicken breasts
    -tuna
    -beef jerky
    -skim milk
    -weight watchers whole wheat bread
    -nuts
    -hummus (sp?)
    -fruits/veggies

    Supplements:
    -ECA Stack
-Multi Vitamin (vitastack or animal pack)

    Booze:
3 vodka with water and lemon wedge. The day I drink and the day after I cut my calories like crazy.

    Exercise:
6 days a week minimum. 5 minute light cardio, followed by major muscle group weight lifting and ending with 30 mins of cardio. I also do abs/calves every second day rotating the 2.

    Sleep:
make sure to get MINIMUM 8hrs a day.

If you were to follow this then I guarantee that you would get crazy results.
dropdat: you say no carbs but there's a lot of carbs in your grocery list, milk, bread, hummus, fruits
