Default New Compaq laptops- what shit!

The company I work for bought a new laptop for the shop and what shitty quality Compaq had produced..

The mouse pad and mouse clicker buttons are complete garbage- the mouse pad barely senses a human finger and you need all your force to press the buttons.

I realize they are low end, but how does a company produce a laptop with such shit technology when there's zillions of different mouse pad options and they choose this?

Now you say- "Well thats what happens when you buy low-end products" But really?? Why would a company design a mousepad like this when they've proven competent in their mousepad designs before.

I got a compaq computer about 4 months ago and i thought the exact same thing about the mouse button.

Although after using it for awhile the button seems to have loosened up and its now easier to push. Its either that or
    my fingers is all buff
