    In other news, Chevron writes off 8 billion dollars as a capital gain loss, thus saving 9 billion in taxes and royalties.

    Ecuador ranked 127th out of 178 nations in Transparency International’s 2010 corruption-perception index. Ethiopia, Indonesia and Armenia were perceived as less corrupt, according to the index

    Canada should sue Nasa.

    Oh wait, the US is dissolving Nasa before they let loose the shocking truth.

    Why not? The US doesn't care. Sue em for $10 Billion, they will just print up $10 Billion more to cover it :P Just like how they printed up an extra Billion and lent it to JP Morgan so they could steal 200,000 tons of copper from the London Metals Exchange.

    good luck enforcing this. Although I don't doubt Texaco polluted consistently for years causing mass damage to crops and livestock.
