electrical problem with gas/speed meters

I have a 99 Dogde Grand Caravan, today, the speed, gas, volt, meters went down, I checked all the fuses ( the ones in the hood and the ones under the driving wheel. I'm a handy person, but I'm pretty limited on electrical problems. One thing that also is showing, my ABS & Air bag lights came up, at the same time every thing else went down, thanks!!

Relay's? does it still run? the needles won't move at all?

It runs, the transmission works normal, but the needles won't move, everything is all the way down.
