Yes this changer will fit any Nissan 95 and newer, the changer hasn't changed it was just the DN cables as the deck manufacturer has changed, I have both DN cables for new on and old.

Is this the in-dash or the one in the trunk??

it's a trunk mount , I've seen some mount under the front passenger seat, or in the glove box like mine. The new Xtera supercharged has a deck from Rockford, the regular nissans have Clarion., this will fit nissan/clarion decks.

well i just want this outta my site, $150 takes it, it's still brand new in the box wrapped in the plastic it comes in, it's just collecting dust. Pioneer Cd Changer, it's 1 1/2old never ever used.
