This can't be safe. CTrain driver doing a crossword puzzle. It appears in the picture that the train is in motion and not sitting at a stop.

It is the speedo, he is not in the core though, so probably around 60-80kph

I wonder if there is a way to see if the photographer can tell us when and where this was?
