I'm sure it's been mentioned on one of the pages, but I'm in Van right now and late last night there was a Tsunami watch, but nothing came of it.

"The Kyodo news agency is now citing a safety panel as saying that the radiation level inside one of the reactors at the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear plant is 1,000 times higher than normal."

"Radiation levels at the damaged Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear plant are continuing to rise. The Jiji Press news agency says the levels are eight times above normal. Its report also cites a ministry official as saying there is a "possibility of a radioactive leak"."

"Japan's Prime Minister Naoto Kan has just announced that residents living within 10km (6.2 miles) of the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear station must evacuate their homes, according to the Kyodo news agency. Engineers are trying to fix the cooling system of one of the plant's reactors, which was damaged by the earthquake. The authorities had earlier told some 3,000 residents living within 3km (1.9 miles) to leave."

Some new developments at the TEPCO Fukushima nuclear power plants which I don't think these have been said:

    At #1:

-The radiation levels inside the CONTROL room are now 1000x normal. (Previously reports said just inside the reactor)
-At the front gate radiation levels are now 20x normal. (was 8x as reported within a few hours prior)
    http://news.goo.ne.jp/article/asahi/...031201650.html

    At #2:
-The pressure control room for reactors 1, 2 and 4 (that apparently house the coolant) is going over 100C causing the water to boil out. The report says that they're losing the ability to cool them so they're introducing a second state of emergency on that plant as well.
    http://news.goo.ne.jp/article/yomiur...YT1T00165.html
-Trying to set up preparation to let out some pressure from it.
    http://news.goo.ne.jp/article/asahi/...031202000.html

Hoping they get that stuff sorted out quick.

My brother says he was on the 8th floor of a building downtown Tokyo when it hit-says the buildings were swaying big time.

No damage in Shibuya, but cell phone reception was intermittant and he did have to walk 3 hours home to his apartment because trains were not running (normally a 15 minute train ride).

He said some stuff was knocked off tables and shelves at home but nothing broken. He expects Tokyo to be back to business as usual on Monday. However he says Sendai? 2 hours North of Tokyo is destroyed.

stuff like this will only continue to increase in frequency and in magnitude,

also keep in mind, you just never know if this was man made or nature made. Seriously I read somewhere man had developed a quake machine. or even testing gone bad.

just like the bible predicts, all of these will point to a grand finale between man vs God

anyone watch The Universe episode 5 on magnetic storm? the 11 year cycle where the sun peaks with its flare is due in 2012 coincident?

if you think these quakes are bad, just wait until the solar flares knock out all the transformer in the world and it will take a decade to rebuild, no electricity = no water = no gas at the pump = no transport trucks = no food, this is where it will fulfill the bible's revelation of the world population cutting down 1-2/3

    scary stuff

P.S not sure if the japan quake has anything to do with it, but I was at costco after work and it was swamp with people

Relating to the nuclear incident forming:

They've just announced that they've officially lost pressure control of Reactors 1 and 2 at Fukushima 1 power plant, and are considering an open-atmosphere venting of both reactors.

So this whole situation just went from "oh, shit" to "OHFUCK"

UPDATE: Reactor 1 is now at 2.2 times "regular operating pressures" O_O

I woke up today to like twenty message alerts from my phone.

I lived in Sendai for over a year. Pretty scary. I've had some friends send me pictures of what's going on in their neighbourhoods. I'll have to upload them hear for you guys to see.
