hopes mega-house otherwise it sounds like a garage with a house attached.

you at very least want garage to face sideways with much more than a 4 car driveway. need big lot or acreage

One of my bosses lives along this road, his house and all his neighbours are 3 car. I dont see why it couldnt be easily adapted for a 4 car.

I knew someone that lived in Bears Paw with a 5 car front attached. There's quite a few houses up there with them. They're mostly all on acreages though

My folks have a 4 car attached to their 2900 sq ft bungalow on 2 acres. In the city it's nearly impossible.

The plans we're working on has 4 garage spaces, but only shows as 3 from the otside. The 3rd garage is double long. It was the garage on the far end extending past the house, all we did was build it back another full length. The house will look identical to the other homes with the same plan from outside. The atvs and motorcycles will go there along with a work area. It cost 15k more to do it, but that's finished with power and drywall and lighting and epoxy floor. Finally, enough room!

Not sure if you are looking for everything in one garage, but this house has a his / her double on each side.

Ours is 4 car garage but we've got a double garage on each side of the house. I have never seen a 4 car front attached so far in the city, mostly 3.

Wow, that house is amazing. even has a for sale sign. haha. If only I had that kind of money. I was hoping to keep it under 800k. I figured a 4car front would be the cheapest route. It would just be a 3car with 2 double doors.

38 might be snug for 4
we have a 26 and it's really snug for 3 (maybe like 2 feet between car and car. same for way to car.)

it gets bad when we take out one of the smaller cars and try to stuff the safari in instead.

This community has a bunch of houses with four car garages. I went for a walk the other day and came across quite a few. Here's a couple...

This house in canyon meadows has one: (Canata Close Southwest)

Can't see it very well, but it is a double facing sideways attached to front of house, then another added beside it
To get in you gotta go up the driveway then make a 90 deg right turn into garage.

how big is your house? it would look weird if your garage dwarfed your house in comparison.

why not just install a car lift, so you can raise a car above another car?

I found a builder 15min from dt that will build a 4 car front drive. It's a tight 4 car but it's deep enough for a lift as well. 1200sq garage. Wentworth Estates. 1 lot left.

I just put a lot on hold up in castle keep (Aspen) that will fit a 4 car. They still have a few left I think.

My boss's house has what looks to be a 2 car garage, but is actually a 4 car garage. The driveway drives down into the basement, of which 1/2 is the garage. Driveway is heated with drainage, so never a problem driving in and out of there, even in the biggest storms. With the garage door only the size of a 2 bay, the house doesn't look unbalanced.

While I would love to have more garage space, the look of even a 3 car front attached garage is fairly awkward, which I'm not a big fan of.
