has anyone booked a room with these people? is it legit? and is this just a rental building or an actual hotel?
based on this description which hotel is it (if its attached to one)
"We are on the strip on Las Vegas Blvd. next door to the Bellagio and across from Paris. Walk downstairs and you are on the center of the strip. We have a full view of the strip and the Bellagio lake and water show. This is a spectacular view from our penthouse, and the best view of Las Vegas. We guarantee this. "
<edit> and is this location walkable to most places on strip?

Does anyone know approximate prices for booking during july and august for 3-5 days for travelling to vegas? I normally go to vegas during february spring break and prices are about mid 400s to 500 for a good hotel (vdara).
What should I expect for the summer? Trends year by year?
GO FLAMES GO!
November-February are the lowest seasons.
Last year I went in December for $11 (that expedia deal)
Year before November $300 flight and thehotel @ mandalay bay for 3 nights, and year before December $400 for SUV Flight and 4 Night at the Luxor.
Summer is generally more expensive. If you're looking at prices right now and they're looking like they cost too much for you, don't count on them coming down closer to the date of intended travel.
Higher load factor + seasonality = higher price.
Supply and demands means that if there is less space on the plane you're paying more for it.
It sucks to think you could be sitting next to someone who paid half as much for their ticket as you based on when they booked but that's the airline business for you
