We should have a meeting to get together everyone on Saturday and go over what we need and who can take care of what.

What I'd love is for someone to do the legwork of organizing it because I'm trying to complete some other projects with work and it's eating a lot of my time, I'm not sure I'd be able to do it myself. In fact I'm pretty sure I can't. I can coordinate everything behind the scenes and reach out to contacts if I need to.

Any volunteers who want to run something like this? I have to go back through my messages/emails because I know someone else said they had marketing experience, that would work.

Ya, bad news.

I took on a very extensive project that's going to tie me up 7 days a week, at least until August, maybe longer. So with that, I won't be able to be the front man on the organization, I would need someone else to jump in front and take care of things. I'd still be able to navigate things and reach out to my contacts but I would need someone else to actually do the contacting and organizing if they're willing. If nobody steps up, it's cancelled.
