Oh, I know why.
You must have the image hosted on an actual server with the .jpg extension.
What you are using now is a file hosted on Beyond.ca. For some reason, Kenny or Rage2 disabled using the IMG tag with images hosted on the server, or it is a bug in the vBulletin.

Attachments are disabled from sigs for bandwidth control reasons =).
