That would be about right on my commute by car, five hours a week.... 240 hours a year... eek! Used 48 weeks of the year as a rough estimate. I am looking at changing jobs, the commute being one of the reasons, the quality of those five hours a week plus is what I am really counting. It is brutal sitting in a parking lot called a road on those winter mornings and evenings. The stress level can get rather high, today I had a road rage Toyota truck lic SAB 970 get all in my face. The guy was darting in and out of lanes at a nutty rate of speed, I looked in my driver side mirror (nothing there), a millisecond later a frickin' truck screaming by almost side swiping me.

Walking to work or riding my bike would be the best in my opinion. Like a scene out of Office Space is what my commute feels like.

I think mine is generally around 40-50mins.
Drive to crowfoot, take train, walk to office.

0 hrs boo ya. The trip to port could be 5 to 15 hrs depending on if its ucluelet, hardy or rupert, but once i'm up here there's no commute for 3 weeks.

Back when I was landscaping in Calgs, it was half an hour in the morning and usually an hour in the afternoon

Typically about 12 - 15 minutes to the office.

I start at 10am to avoid traffic in the morning and because I hate getting up early.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

20-35 each way depending on traffic.

When I lived in Calgary last summer, I was averaging 1+ hour per day. Of course, I worked near Deerfoot and 17th and lived in the NW

Same here. As long as I leave at a specific time in the morning to beat the surge of traffic on Deerfoot.

Another reason why working from home kicks ass... I really dunno how you guys put up with sitting in a car each morning in rush hour for those lengths of time...

I remember when I sold garage heaters, it took me 30 - 40 min to go from Mckenzie to blackfoot.
