2003 Murano Custom Deck Install Help Needed!

what is wrong with putting a double din where the factory cd player is? that would look a heck of alot cleaner than that "custom" location.

I see no advantage to keeping the factory deck in there.

I would love that solution but there are no din kits for the 2003 murano's and the factory deck is one ciruit board on the back so if the deck is taken out the entire thing has to be gone.

The climate control, gps, everything is connected together.

I believe that's the reason why people have to do it like this.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
