i managed to dig up a 12" Sony Xplod w/sealed uncarpeted box. TINY BOX, good if you don't want to lose much room, specs are here: http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/SONXSL1230

there are a few scratches and nicks on the cone's red paint, nuttn serious, no quality loss, i have it hooked up to a computer power supply if anyone is interested in seeing it.

$70 takes it.

how wide is the 12 inch box, do you know if it will fit behind the seats of a standard cab S10?
