Haha I’m also about to finish some of those meat deal ribs on the bbq
They were ok. Bit watery and I think the 3-2-1 probably needed a 3-3-1. Cant beat the price

Interesting. Mine were excellent. 24h in sous vide and ~40 mins low heat on bbq. Moist, yet not watery at all.

I actually like the faster smoke quite a bit. Or a temp ramp, really. I'm a savage so I don't preheat anything unless it's - 20 or something.

I bought the Masterbuilt Gravity on clearance at Costco last month and just assembled it today. The control panel temp is not reading the temp inside the grill and fan stays on constantly. The temp reads 5 degrees on the panel however inside the grill its 600+ degrees. Pretty frustrating dealing with this and theres no way to contact Masterbuilt for trouble shooting other than email. Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried multiple solutions I read online but might just return this if I'm already having an issue right out of the box.

Smoked beer can chicken in the Weber Smokey Mountain. I've never done this before but what a frightening ordeal without this magic tool I've seen but don't have which stops the whore chickens from tipping over and dumping beer everywhere!
I used that crazy Nutri Grill coal that burns crazy hot, sprayed them with duck fat and liberally applied Frag Out seasoning. Aside from the balancing act, it was super easy. They looked incredibly good and tasted great.

I got a Meater for Christmas and finally had a chance to use it this past weekend on what might be my best pulled pork yet on the Kamado Jo. My only gripe with it is that I am a sucker for graphs so I ended up watching the graph all god damn day as it cooked and over analyzing every temp inflection. The meat turned out great though.

Yup nice to toss something in the smoker and have a tasty dinner on a week night. Cherry wood and chicken works so good together, they were hella tasty.
