Hey, I'm going to a place that has a Blackstone Griddle and I need a great idea for some food to make on it. Can the #BlackstoneCrew please help me out with some suggestions?
When I make your winning suggestion, I promise to take a pic with my beer on the grill like a total tool.

Could have used some more Korean style side dishes, but that pork was perfect. Juicy, flavorful, spicy but not too spicy.

I made Beef & Broccoli I think before whatever that Family Guy reference meant. It went pretty good and that's more than good enough for a camping meal.

Did a nice batch of beef ribs yesterday, mustard mop with a nice pepper salt garlic and chili rub ( I like a little kick with beef )

Smoked to 160 then wrapped for remainder of cook. Didnt get QUITE the amount of smoke as I would have liked on this, actually wondering if much of my smoke wood caught at all since I did these at 225. Anyway I didn’t want to push it considering these were bought pre cut and i wouldn’t have wanted them to dry out.

Served after a nice rest straight from packaging. Took them to 207 degrees as I was going for super tender. Maybe not quite the look I was going for but there was no arguing with the flavour and texture of the finished product.
