    Yeah I was quite happy. I was messing around a bit, so while it should probably be mostly a "set and forget" recipe, I was having fun. The"super smoke " mode probably does out out more smoke but it is somewhat subtle.

    Wet Brine, then injected with butter and broth, somehow fit on the old Webber, so smoked all 19lbs of it

    Yeah, some magic with some tinfoil to try and even it out. Not the best airflow in that little grill

    The craziness of smoking in this weather combined with a ceramic smoker and propane heater near by is blowing my mind.

    Yea they sometimes have some decent recipes on there.

    Worked out well, made some outstanding ribs last night as well. Cold weather doesn't faze the kamado

    There's definitely some risk that the firebox or body ceramics or soapstone could crack but it's got a lifetime warranty so bring on the cold
