Looking for a new gas BBQ as we recently moved and left our old one.

If anyone sees Weber or anything decent on clearance please let me know!

The big box hardware stores will be clearing them out shortly for small discounts. The shitty brands get larger discounts.

Propane grill is the correct bacon appliance.
Also I'm surprised that a pound of bacon is 12 slices.

I'm pretty sure it's been less than 10 years. Maybe more than 5.

Cooked one of these Safeway on sale rib roasts with my new rotisserie attachment. Turned out pretty nice considering I was in a rush

    ^Nice!
Who has used the Blue's Hog charcoal and how do they feel about it? I'm curious to try it.

While on vacation I was able to try both Vision and Vermont Castings and while I didn't get enough experimentation in with them, I found neither to be offensive. Both were lump but I found the VC one to be predominantly very small pieces so it lit very easily and was ready a bit faster.

They're clearing out floor models at Lowes Signal Hill. I was there the day before yesterday, and they had a broil king baron s440 pro IR for ~$950 down from $1450. It's a solid bbq, I have the same one. The searing burner is excellent.

They also had some type of Pit Boss smoker for like ~25% off as well.

Holy living blue Jesus, these things are so much money nowadays!! I doubt I can find the receipt, but I think my Weber Summit s470 was about $1,800 like 10 years ago.

Cooking wings on swords on wood fire is slow and inconvenient but fuck does it taste good.

I'm not too fussy about bacon.
