Definitely, and I cringe - I had a funny way of thinking of how things worked in 2004.

havent for a while but do go look at it once in a few years when im really really bored - originally signed up in 04 for the marketplace and car knowledge while i was doing my first swap with a coworker but just used PMs mostly - tons of info on here even back then (as well as NECC), originally i used to borrow a friends account for the marketplace here then he got fed up and told me to just make an account already, best decision ever.

Too embarrassing to read
Sometimes I'll go back to a specific post, but I haven't read all of them, there are a lot of posts that I've made. 452 pages, 11 280 posts. Holy fuck.

I do come upon my old posts from time to time.
It's not that my way of thinking has significantly changed as much as I simply don't remember typing many posts from 3-4 years ago...
Edit: Went back and remembered I joined Beyond to sell a car or two. There was plenty of questions regarding my Accord which I wouldn't let people drive on the roads due to lack of insurance. I didn't have any "Beyond Rep" back then, so it was a hard sell...

I have searched up my original posts...ahhahaha
i asked the most retarded questions back in '05
gonna check em out now lol
Someone brought up a post I made a few days ago... a week tops. I had absolutely no recollection of it, even after he told me what it was about/when it was/what section it was in.
It wasn't until I searched the exact terms that I found the thread... only THEN did I realize what he was talking about.
I rarely, if EVER reflect on past events.
1978 Porsche 924//1987 Chevrolet Chevette
//1987 Kia Besta//2000 Audi A6//2013 VW Jetta//2006 Kawasaki ZX6
Man, I just looked up some of my older posts...
I'm sorry Beyond. lol
Beyond's Most Wanted
I've been owned -hard- a couple times. I don't need to search to remember them :P
The nice thing about your posts is they are all stupid. So, for you, it's not like you're going to look back and be surprised about the crap you wrote.Originally posted by Mibz

I've re-read a few of my old posts. It's a little bit...scary...
Mostly because I always re-read them out of context, and so I take a serious tone whilst reading them. Which is foolish, because most of what I write is a smidge sarcastic.
As opposed to now?Originally posted by Kloubek

Just for the hell of it, I looked up a few of my original posts.
Maybe I should edit it?Originally posted by Tik-Tok on 05-08-2006 06:28 PM
Fastest way to get to the Airport
North on Deerfoot
Turn off right onto McKnight Blvd
Turn Left onto Barlow Trail
Turn Left into Airport Road
Congrats you're there.
(I work there, this is the easiest/fastest way)
I feel the exact same way. Especially my posts under my The Cosworth account. I sure did feel like I had the whole world figured out and I feel like I do now. Maybe there is a lesson in all this...... meh who cares.Originally posted by Tomaz
