    Default Nice Architecture

This will defs. have to be my next goal.

This "one-of-a-kind" architectural masterpiece in La Jolla, California, is a unique trophy property designed by one of Architectural Digest's Top 100 Designers. Set behind gates, and constructed from white polished concrete and floor-to-ceiling glass, this magnum opus suspends the boundaries of ordinary living and commands amazing uninterrupted views of the ocean, open sky and natural landscape. Resting high above Torrey Pines State Reserve, this 11,000-square-foot piece de resistance showcases 4 bedrooms and 6 baths, fabulous two level guest house and features private access to Black's Beach. Impeccable design, unparalleled quality and paramount location make this property a true piece of art. Offered at $32,000,000

I think this would be better suited for the home & garden section.
It is interesting though that the Bauhaus design aspects like the Barcelona chairs are still looking amazing after 80 years of being around.

You can technically get a ticket for each window that's illegally tinted. So as above, if you're being an ass to the officer (or if he's just an ass to begin with), he can give you two. (or three tickets if you're dumb enough to tint the windshield of your BMW... but if you own a BMW you can't be stupid right?)

They say the hardest critic is yourself, but I tend to out do even my tastes. I am taking offers for future projects as well.

And no, I am not still in kindergarten. I'm in training and my instructor follows the 3 learning styles... One being kinetic... So she gives us toys to play with. I INSTANTLY called the Lincoln Logs. Thus they have provided me with 3 weeks of entertainment so far.

And in case you are wondering... Yes that is a horse with a pink mohawk. Aftermarket mod of course.
