Really, the car is nice. I'm sick of people talking about it or it's variants because we still have no production models on the road. I think I have known about this car for at least 4 or more years and i'm still waiting.

plus they have a release date and supposed price range for it... guess we'll have to wait for a year and see if it's more BS.

sorry, i don't mean exactly a release date, but they said the scion will be coming in 2012/next year... lol

and Scion will deliver a production version of the FR-S to dealers next year

The car looked stunning in person. Some of the design elements will not make it into the production model (wheels, side mirrors). As much as I am lusting for this car, all the uncertainty from the reps makes me want to jump on the 'Fuckthiscar' bandwagon. I just got the generic "Sometime in 2012" response. It is a shame. Toyota needs to have a sporty vehicle or when the older generation is gone, the newer generation will look elsewhere for exciting cars.
