I dont think MF gear will drop immediately since you still need 300 MF to farm effectively, and it will take a while before anyone will reach 100 paragon level.

therefore I suspect MF gear prices will only begin to drop once most good MF gear holder begins to unwind their gear much later. (but this will be a very very slow process) I also believe primary gear prices will slowly rise as people are no longer torn between MF and regular gear.

Even though it sucks in the short term I do like the new system as I no longer have to worry about searching for good MF gear, not only, I hate farming act3 with 0 MF.

This will all but surely I will eventually have 300% MF on my lvl 60.

good thing I did not invest too heavily into MF items.

it's great to see D3 finally getting the type of update it deserve, just like D2, it never started out great but over the years, patch after patch is what makes it better.

seriously, this is going to take a year to level up to 100. which means MF gear prices aint dropping any time soon lol

MF prices aren't going to drop at all.

Someone looked at the files, it takes 10.45 BILLION exp to get to 100, (which is like going from level 59-60 4350 times).

Given it takes so much exp, MF will ALWAYS be prevalent and all paragon levels allow you to do is to replace each one piece by piece as you hit the 300% (before NV).

patch v1.04 is now live.

so far it takes about two 30min butcher run to get the 1st paragon level upgrade.

Very pleased with this patch.

My pets can tank in well to the near of the end of act 3, and I'm still maintaining 30k damage, and hardly go out of mana.

The wife and I are still at it, just not making any head way into Act 3 Inferno, stuck at Ghom. Been working on a witch doctor char. Good to see the mana generation has been buffed along with gargantuan. < lvl 30 was just painful. Looking forward to better drops. Too bad invulnerable minions. Killing those things was an art form.

Pets can tank Ghom quite well, as they seem to not take damage after a little bit, and then they life regen.

After that it's a matter of dodging his gas clouds and dealing damage to him before he enrages.

This is my current gear/stats/build if you'd like to check it out.
I cleared all of act 3 last night with little trouble from mobs.

Will be going back to leaping spiders over spider queen though.

The mobs that will Nuke your pets still however are Static and Desecrate.

oh and any of those suicide bomber guys in act 3 will end your dogs. The Gargantuan seems to be able to withstand 2-3 of them

finally found my first legends after patch v1.04

took about 5-6 hours

it was a ilvl61 2hand 929 dps crossbow hell rack
with attack speend, LOH and slot.
special affix include chance to root enemy to the ground when hit

too bad as it is only worth about 1m on AH

I did notice however prices on AH are beginning to change, so far many items are not selling (for me) this may be a sign that the economy is slowly being adjusted or everyone is back hunting gear and is holding out from buying anything.

Also I noticed some of the items that I purchased on the AH pre-patch are now selling alot higher. Not sure what this implies

The question is if anyone will buy it. I have yet to sell anything for more than 8M. I've been sitting on 2 chest pieces for over 2 weeks even while undercutting similar items on the AH and my gear has better stats but yet I still can't sell.

I decided to just throw a strength gem in it and equip it on my barb.

Figured since I have all chars at level 60 I may as well gear them up one at a time.

My WD is done inferno mode, so time to just use her to farm and gear up the rest of my chars to do the same.

Also almost Paragon level 10

I use to think the same way. But then I found a manticore(I think that is how it's spelled) and I sold it for 50 million in 20 minutes. Should have charged 100 mill lol

my own chest piece was found and it had

armor 652
56 str
124int
light resist
67 all resit
3 slots

it has been hovering around 30m if AH is a good indicator

personally the highest item I've sold was a 30m ammy which I had to lower the price to about 20m before it was sold.

Manticore bows with good stat rolls go for huge money. I recently checked the b.net trade forum and some of these bows go for $300+ real money.

Yeah had shit dps for a 2 hander, just around 900. Had a good dex I think 200ish. I was happy with 50 mill
