BOV question

Someone please explain to me how this hooks up, I know it might seem obvious to some of you, but I'll never learn if I don't ask.

this is the bov of the 2g eclipse?

the top nipple goes into the intake
the port that sticks out to the side is the dump tube that goes into the intake tube to the turbo, if you are using it for an eclipse, or you just vent it to the atmosphere (i think), and the bottem goes to the tube that runs from the intercooler..

that's one for a stealth/3000GT, but I'm sure they're the same.
