Honestly, I think if you need to ask that question that you aren't ready for ANY tattoo. Get old enough that you aren't worried about other people judging you for being who you are/doing what you want first.

Depends how it's done. Personally, roses would look bad ass if done properly. Like an old school style tatt with a banner or ribbon. Or Japanese style cherry blossoms.

Sunflowers, tulips, carnations or the like might be a little gay, unless it has some sort of deep meaning to them. But to each their own. If you dig it, who cares what everyone else thinks. That's just my .02.
