If Harper said to me, "Hey, we have $30 million collecting dust here. Should we spend it locally or send it to the Ukraine?" I'd say spend it locally. There's no shortage of funding needs across THIS country. Canadian families, jobs, natural disaster relief, etc.

canada rarely if ever follows through with the actual pledge amount, same wirh most other countries.
