According to my roommate a Cleveland steamer is a Hot Carl but delivered on the chest as opposed to the face. Apparently the deliverer of the Cleveland Steamer will often "pat down" his payload with his member or *and this is very important* sits down and rubs it with his posterior in a manner akin to a steam roller.
