IMO, iCloud + iPad is a step closer to PC-less. But until iPad can run Windows, it's almost impossible.

Looks like they now have Google in their crosshair with cloud apps.
iMessage, not the end of RIM but harder for it to fight back.
OTA updates and notification center has been on Android for a while.
In the end, not much new in term of concept. It's just improvements that everyone has been put up with for so long that finally get released by Apple.

haha, IOS5 will run on 3GS, total unexpected. Probably will pissed off people who are on a 3year contract if it doesn't.
