what are some good recent suspense/thriller/horror movies?

can you recommend any good (i.e. movies that would get above 7 rating on e.g. IMDB) and recent suspense or horror movies? i have a hard time keeping up with these things. we recently saw Shutter Island, and thought that was pretty good. looking for more.

I think you might want to check out "dale and tucker vs evil", I havnt seen it but it seems like it would be good. This movie is comedy/horror. I would suggest against watching the trailer as it gives much of the story away.

as far as suspense goes, I would recommend Buried.
