Eagle 1 mag cleaner (or similar)

I can't seem to find Eagle 1 mag cleaner anymore. It worked perfect for cleaning the black carbon off tail pipes. Spray it on and the black just drips off. Amazing stuff. The Mag cleaner you can buy now won't take it off, it's junk. Works ok for brake dust I guess, but not tail pipe black.

Anyone know of a similar product that can melt off the black from tail pipes?

carb cleaner, any brand should work fine.
