Thanks for that info, I really do appreciate that, I will look into those plugs a little more, but I quickly took a look at them and they seem a lot more practical and explain more than real mil spec plug guys do. Their websites are so plain they expect you to know what your looking for. Making it hard to really shop for anything lol.

    Thanks again

Those two sites should give a bit of a primer/insight into what goes into making a pretty top-shelf harness. A lot of the stuff there goes well above and beyond what companies like rywire do, but it's a slippery slope haha

    Harness looks great op

I read some of that for inspiration when i started building the harness. That guy must have serious money into that harness. Like you said, slippery slope lol.

Even if you look at a chase bays cm2 harness, its like 1400$ haha, thats quite a ways beyond the 900$ base harness without the Mil connector. That tells you how much extra goes into making it mil. Not to mention, chase bays as far as i know doesnt use mil-spec WIRES in the loom. You can get that, its good to like 300 degrees, chemical resistant, and abrasion resistant, sometimes to the point that it breaks strippers, lol.

    Im not going that far........

    thanks 962

Take me for a spin when it's finished? I'm interested to compare what it's like vs my fc. I think you'll be about 100kg lighter.

I'm not going to have much of an interior but my cage is pretty extensive. I assume it will be around 3000lbs with fuel but it may be heavier.

Excellent build thread and I love the custom work.

Let me know if you source those kevlar looking coolant/heater hose lines. Looks like an option I might be after.

I believe mopac and jbs sell a black version of it, the black carbon looking braid. The expensive part is the fittings (at around 40-65$ a piece. They sell them at jbs for sure. for your average rad hose youre looking for around -20AN

Maybe next year for mine. Not this year.

Had some time today, so i bled the brakes, and installed my hood pins.

Brakes are now dot5 fluids, and im running Hawk HPS street pads, and Brake Master Cross drilled/slotted rotors.

Rad should be back soon....so excite.

I wanna say the hood pins are pointed in the wrong direction "according to the instructions" but I don't think it matters, and further I'm pretty sure I've installed them the same way with no ill effects.

    Awesome build

Question.... that car with the Efr on the other 2j we did....... it spooled what? 400 rpm sooner? What size was it?

I dyno tested a rb with the smaller 63/68 airwerks, and it was very snappy..... enough that I put a 60/68 on the talon with a divided housing....to replace the old t70. Should still do 600 whp..... sharp turbo for $700

    Is yours the 66/75?
